The 1000mg of fibre per gummy is the real deal—my son’s digestion has been noticeably smoother since we started these. He doesn’t fight me on the orange taste either, which is a win after trying powders he’d refuse.
My kid actually asks for these at snack time, which says everything about the orange taste. The vitamin D2 and B12 mix is a nice bonus since we struggle to get enough of those in his diet.
The orange flavour is genuinely tasty, which is half the battle, and I love that the 1000mg of fibre comes with calcium and B12 thrown in. My son thinks they're a treat, so getting his digestion on track has been zero fuss.
