The omega gummies don’t have that fishy aftertaste I was bracing for, which is a huge win. My kid actually reminds me when it’s time for the L-Theanine one now.
The gummies are a nice size and my kid actually reminds me to give them their daily dose, which is a win. The combo of L-Theanine and B-Complex seems to take the edge off during homework time. Just wish the bottle was a bit larger since we’re going through it fast.
The four-gummy daily routine is easy enough to manage, but my son started skipping them after a week because the texture felt a bit too chewy for him. I can't say I've noticed a huge shift in his focus during homework, though the B-Complex at least seems to give him a steady energy without the jitte
