I’ve been taking these for about three weeks now and the combination with vitamins B6 and B5 makes me feel like it’s actually doing something for my daily focus, not just a random supplement. The gummy texture is chewy without being too sticky, which I appreciate.

My stress levels have definitely felt more manageable since I added these to my morning routine, and the fact that they use the researched KSM-66 form gave me confidence to try them. The gummies have a pleasant taste that makes taking my B6 and B5 vitamins feel less like a chore.

I started noticing a difference around week two—my mind just feels clearer during the workday, and the B6 and B5 combo is a nice bonus. The gummies themselves have a pleasant texture that makes taking them part of my morning routine.
