I was skeptical about the timing—two gummies before a meal felt weird—but my stomach stays flat well into the evening now, even after pasta. The 2 billion friendly bacteria are doing something right, and the texture is more like a soft candy than a chalky supplement.

These things actually work for that bloated, food-baby feeling — the 2 billion friendly gut bacteria really seem to settle things down. I pop two before a heavy meal and honestly forget I overate about an hour later.

The two-gummy pre-meal routine is now part of my dinner ritual, and the 2 billion gut bacteria really do take the edge off that heavy, stuffed sensation. I still get a little gassy sometimes, but the trapped-air feeling is noticeably less intense than before.
