The gummies themselves are soft and my boys actually remind me when it’s time for their dose, which never happened with any other supplement. We’ve been on these for three weeks and I’ve noticed homework time is calmer, less fidgeting at the table.
My daughter used to get so distracted during homework, but after a few weeks with these gummies she seems way more focused and actually sits through a whole worksheet. The magnesium and omega combo makes it easy to just give her one of each and know she's covered.
My kid actually asks for these gummies by name now, and I’ve noticed he’s much calmer during homework time. The three-in-one combo of magnesium, L-theanine, and omega in one tasty chew makes it so easy to keep his routine consistent.
