My daughter actually reminds me to take them now—they've become part of her wind-down routine. The two-step evening duo feels well thought out, and I like that the nutrients target nervous system support for a calmer night.
The gummies are easy to chew and don't leave a sticky mess on teeth, which I appreciate for a quick bedtime routine. We've been using the two-bottle set for about three weeks now, and the wind-down is noticeably calmer before lights out.
My kid actually asks for these at bedtime now, which is a small miracle. The two-bottle system makes it easy to keep the routine consistent, and I’ve noticed the evenings feel calmer without any fighting over the routine.
