Żelki z magnezem dla dzieci

Ever since we switched to these, bedtime is no longer a wrestling match on my end, though I still have to remind her they're not sweets. The fact magnesium covers over 300 processes in her body makes me feel like we're actually tackling the root of her restlessness, not just masking it. Two weeks in

My son used to fight me every night at bedtime, but since we started these he actually reminds me it's gummy time. The texture is soft and chewy, not sticky like some others we've tried. I feel good knowing it's supporting his sleep cycle and muscle relaxation.

My daughter actually asks for her gummy every evening now, which never happened with the liquid vitamins we tried before. Since magnesium supports over 300 processes in a child’s body, I feel better knowing she’s getting it consistently—and the sleep-wake cycle improvement has been noticeable.
