I was skeptical about another wellness trend, but the 2000mg dose per serving is substantial and I’ve felt a steady boost in my afternoon energy without the jitters. The gummies themselves have a pleasant, mild taste that doesn’t linger, which makes taking them daily feel less like a chore.
Two gummies a day is easy to remember, and the 2000mg dose hits the spot without any chalky aftertaste. I’ve noticed my afternoon energy feels steadier, and the jar’s been gone for a week now—definitely reordering.
I’ve been taking these after breakfast for about two weeks now and honestly, the steady energy boost has been the standout—no jitters, just a clear-headed focus that lasts past lunch. The gummies themselves have a mild, earthy taste that’s not too sweet, which I actually appreciate.
