These gummies have the perfect chewable texture and don't get stuck in my teeth like other vitamins. I've noticed my afternoon focus is way better since starting the 1000 mcg dose, plus the vitamin C is a nice bonus for my immune system.
I’ve been taking these after lunch for about two weeks now and the midday crash is just gone—that blend of B-vitamins plus vitamin C must be doing the trick. The gummies themselves are chewy without being sticky, which makes the daily dose feel more like a treat than a chore.
The 1000 mcg dose per gummy is solid, and I’ve noticed my afternoon slump is way less brutal since starting these. The blend with vitamin C makes them taste like a treat, which helps me remember to take them every day.
