We started giving these to my picky 7-year-old at breakfast, and the fact that he actually asks for them instead of fighting me is a huge win. The Omega-3 capsule is small enough that he swallows it without trouble, and the B complex gummies don't leave that weird aftertaste. Two months in, I've not
The gummy texture is soft enough that my daughter chews them without any fuss, and I've noticed she's been more energetic during her afternoon playtime since we started this bundle. The B complex and omega-3 combo in one daily routine is a huge win for me.
My son actually looks forward to his morning routine now because the gummies are so easy for him to chew, and the omega-3 capsules don’t have that fishy aftertaste I was worried about. We’ve been using the bundle for a few weeks and I can already see a difference in his focus during homework.
