The kids’ gummies are finally something they ask for instead of fight, and it’s honestly cut our bedtime routine in half. Even my partner, who never sleeps well, took the magnesium one night and noticed a real difference in how quickly she wound down.
The gummies actually taste good enough that I don’t have to bribe my kid to take them, and the magnesium’s helped me unwind about half an hour before bed. We’re both falling asleep a bit faster now, which makes the whole evening routine feel less like a fight.
The kids’ gummies have a soft, chewy texture that doesn’t feel like a chore to get them to take, and after about 20 minutes, the wind-down becomes noticeably calmer. It’s the first time in weeks I’ve actually finished a cup of tea before bed instead of watching the clock.
