I’ve been taking these for about three weeks now and noticed my afternoon energy slump isn’t hitting as hard. The texture is pleasant and the zinc plus B3 combo makes me feel like I’m covering a few bases at once.
The gummies are soft and easy to chew, and knowing each one packs Co-Q10 with vitamin B3 and zinc makes it feel like a solid daily boost. I’ve noticed I’m not dragging as much by mid-afternoon since I started taking them with my lunch.
I’ve been taking these after breakfast for a few weeks now, and the blend of Co-Q10 with zinc is exactly what I was hoping for—plus they’re soft enough to chew without sticking to my teeth. My energy feels steadier through the afternoon, though I can’t say if it’s all them or just better sleep. Eith
