I've been taking two before bed and the combination of L-Theanine and chamomile actually does what it promises—I'm asleep within half an hour instead of staring at the ceiling. The saffron and KSM-66 must be doing heavy lifting because even my 3 p.m. anxiety spike feels significantly duller now.
The berry taste is a bit too sweet for my liking, but the calming effect is real, especially the Ashwagandha and L-Theanine combo. I've been taking one about an hour before bed and it's noticeably easier to unwind.
