マグネシウムグミ

I’ve been taking these after dinner for about two weeks and the evening restlessness that used to keep me wired has really calmed down. The gummies are easy to chew and don’t leave that weird chalky aftertaste I’ve had with other supplements.

The restless tension in my shoulders finally lets go about twenty minutes after I chew two of these, and the high-strength dose actually makes me feel like I’ve hit the reset button instead of just snacking. I keep a bottle on my desk now for the afternoon slump that used to wipe me out.

I’ve been sleeping more soundly since starting these—that restless feeling is definitely dialed back. The high-strength formula is easy to absorb, and I actually look forward to the chewable texture every evening.
