My son actually looks forward to his morning routine now because the gummies are so easy for him to chew, and the omega-3 capsules don’t have that fishy aftertaste I was worried about. We’ve been using the bundle for a few weeks and I can already see a difference in his focus during homework.
The B-complex gummies are chewable and easy for my daughter to take without a fight, and the omega-3 capsules are easy to swallow for her age. She’s been on this bundle for three weeks now, and I’ve noticed she’s less sluggish after school. A solid, no-fuss way to fill in the gaps.
The omega-3 softgels are tiny enough that my picky 7-year-old swallows them without a fuss, which is half the battle. I just wish the bottle had a clearer dosage chart on the back for when my mom watches him. Overall it covers the basics well.
