Three weeks in and my part looks less obvious in harsh bathroom light, which is more than I expected from popping a few gummies each morning. The biotin and multivitamin combo is convenient since I’m already taking them anyway, and the taste is tolerable enough that I haven’t skipped a day.
The gummies are easy to chew and don't have that weird aftertaste most vitamins have. I've been taking them for about a month now, and my hair definitely feels thicker when I run my hands through it.
