The evenings have been noticeably quieter since I added these to my routine, especially after work when my mind tends to race. The ashwagandha and L-theanine combo seems to hit the spot, and I actually look forward to that soft, berry-like chew before bed.
I was skeptical about another gummy supplement, but a week in and my evening wind-down actually feels different. The ashwagandha KSM-66 and L-theanine combo seems to take the edge off without making me drowsy, and they taste pleasantly mild.
The chamomile and lemon balm combo really does the trick—I pop one after dinner and my mind stops racing within the hour. Even on stressful workdays, I’m asleep way faster than usual.
