Vitamin D Gummies

These gummies give me 4000 IU of vitamin D3, which is a solid high dose for the darker months. They're easy to chew and I actually remember to take them every day, which is half the battle for me.

I’ve been taking one each morning for about three weeks now, and the 4000 IU strength makes me feel like I’m actually getting some sun even on gloomy days. The gummies themselves are easy to chew and don’t leave that weird aftertaste.

These 4000 IU gummies are a solid daily dose, easy to chew and get down with my morning coffee. I've noticed my energy feels steadier this winter, which is exactly why I picked them up.
