I'm usually skeptical of gummy supplements, but the apple flavor makes it easy to remember daily and the vitamin B6 plus chromium combo seems to actually curb my afternoon cravings. Three weeks in, my energy feels steadier and I don't crash mid-day like before.
The apple flavor is genuinely tasty, not like those chalky vitamins I’ve tried before, and the chromium keeps my energy steady through the afternoon slump. Three weeks in and my blood sugar feels more balanced after meals, which is exactly what I wanted.
Honestly, I was skeptical about gummies for energy, but these have made a noticeable difference in my afternoon slump without the jitters. The apple taste is fine, though I do wish the bottle came with a bit more for the price.
