Quand tout semble un peu trop, les gommes Calm sont là. Deux gommes à la passion par jour, avec 1050 mg de magnésium double, d'ashwagandha, de mélisse et de camomille, formulées pour aider à soutenir une journée plus détendue.
I've been taking these for about three weeks now, and the evening unwind ritual of two gummies has genuinely helped me drop the day's tension before bed. The lemon balm and chamomile combo feels gentle, not sedating, and the 1050mg of magnesium is a solid dose for the price.
The passion fruit flavor actually makes the 1050mg of magnesium go down easy—no chalky aftertaste at all. I've been taking two after dinner and the ashwagandha and chamomile combo has me sleeping deeper than I have in months.
The passion fruit flavor is genuinely pleasant, not overly sweet, and the 1050mg of magnesium makes these the first supplement I actually remember to take daily. Two gummies in the evening genuinely take the edge off my racing thoughts before bed.
