My dentist actually noticed my jaw felt stronger at my last check-up, which was a nice surprise since I mostly bought these for general bone support. The gummies are easy to remember because you only need two a day, and they don't have that chalky aftertaste I've gotten from other calcium supplement
The texture is pleasantly chewy and the strawberry flavor makes it easy to remember taking them daily, which is half the battle for me. Noticed my knees feel steadier during my morning walks, so I’m sticking with these for bone support.
