Ingen metallisk smag. Ingen skadelige stoffer.
I’ve been taking these for three weeks and the difference is real—I’m not reaching for a nap by 2pm anymore, and my hands aren’t constantly cold. The gummy texture is pleasant enough that I actually remember to take them daily, which was never the case with pills.
The chalky aftertaste of tablets is why I kept giving up on iron, so these gummies being actually pleasant to chew makes a huge difference. Three weeks in, I'm not reaching for a nap after lunch anymore and my hands aren't constantly freezing.
I've tried liquid iron before and the taste always made me gag, but these gummies are actually pleasant to chew. After about three weeks of taking them daily, I'm not waking up exhausted anymore and my hands aren't constantly freezing like they used to be.
