I was dreading that chalky fish-oil burp, but these are genuinely pleasant—the perilla oil base means no fishy aftertaste at all. I've been taking two a day for a couple weeks now and actually look forward to them, which has never happened with a supplement before.
These are the first supplements my kids actually remind me to give them. The perilla oil base means zero fishy burps, which was my main worry, and the texture is soft enough that even my youngest chews them without a fuss.
I was bracing for that chalky, fish-oil burp, but these have a soft, fruity chew with zero aftertaste. The perilla oil base makes it easy to get my omegas without any seafood guilt.
