Tato odborně vyvinutá gumička dodává 1636 mg hořčíku na jednu porci, což přispívá ke snížení únavy, funkci svalů, rovnováze elektrolytů a správnému fungování nervového systému. Bonusem je, že je bez cukru.
The 1636 mg per serving is no joke—I actually feel my muscles recover faster after workouts now. These gummies taste pleasantly mild, not overly sweet like others I’ve tried, and they’ve kept my energy steady through the afternoon.
My legs stopped cramping during my evening runs after just a few days of these, and the 1636 mg per serving is way more than I've gotten from other gummies. They're not too sweet either, which is rare.
After months of waking up with tight calves, these gummies are the first magnesium I've actually stuck with. The 1636 mg per serving is hefty, and I noticed my legs feeling less crampy within a week. They're sugar-free too, which matters since I'm watching my intake.
