L-theanin, vitamín B6 a meduňka poskytující klidné soustředění, podložené vědou. Ne humbukem.
My seven-year-old actually reminds me when it’s time for her gummy, which never happened with any other supplement. The texture is pleasant enough that she chews it without a fuss, and I’ve noticed she settles into her homework more smoothly within about half an hour.
The gummies have a soft, chewy texture that my son doesn't fight me on, and I've noticed he stays calmer during his afternoon homework without getting that jittery crash. It's a small daily habit that's made our evenings noticeably smoother.
My daughter actually asks for her gummy now instead of fighting me on it, and I’ve noticed she stays calmer during homework time without getting so frustrated. The texture is soft and chewy, which she loves, and it’s become a nice little part of our evening routine that helps everyone wind down.
