I’ve tried a dozen iron pills that wrecked my stomach, but these gummies are genuinely gentle while still packing a solid dose. The sugar-free bit is a bonus, and the vitamin C pairing makes me feel like I’m actually absorbing it this time.
These were the first iron supplements I’ve tried that didn’t leave my stomach in knots, and the fact they’re sugar-free is a huge win. The vitamin C pairing makes me feel like I’m actually absorbing the stuff instead of just swallowing pills.
My iron levels were dragging bad, but these gummies are gentle on my stomach and the vitamin C pairing means I actually feel a difference after a few weeks. They’re sugar-free, so no weird aftertaste either.
