The texture is surprisingly smooth for a gummy, easy to chew without that chalky aftertaste I usually hate. I'm only three weeks in and already noticing my body feels less like a desert, which is a win in my book.
I wasn't expecting much, but after two weeks of these gummies I've noticed the difference enough that I've stopped dreading that time of the month. The texture is chewy and soft, and I actually look forward to taking them with my morning water.
They taste almost like a treat, so I actually remember to take them every day instead of skipping like I did with pills. Three weeks in, things are definitely less, well, desert-like down there, and that relief alone is worth it.
