My digestion has honestly never felt this regular—the inulin does its job quietly and effectively, and the gummies are easy to remember every morning. Three weeks in, I notice way less bloating after meals, which is the real win for me.
The 4000mg of inulin per serving is doing exactly what I hoped—my digestion feels noticeably smoother by the end of the second week. Texture's got that nice chew without being sticky, and it's easy to remember since I just grab one with my morning coffee.
I’ve been taking these for about three weeks now and the steady energy is real—no afternoon crash like I used to get. The chromium is a nice touch, and honestly the gummies taste better than most fiber supplements I’ve tried.
