فيتامين سي

My toddler actually asks for these by name now, and I love that they pack elderberry and rose hip alongside the vitamin C and zinc. The gummies are soft enough to chew easily and we've gone through a whole month without a single sick day.

The elderberry and rose hip combo is a nice touch—these gummies taste way more like real fruit than the chalky vitamin C tablets I used to choke down. I've been taking them every morning for a few weeks and honestly feel like I've dodged the colds going around the office.

Was a bit unsure about gummy textures, but these have a nice, soft chew that makes the plant-based boost easy to remember each morning. The zinc and selenium blend seems to keep me steady through the work week, only wish the bottle lasted longer for the price point.
