I’m only ten days in, but the morning mental fog I’d gotten used to is noticeably lighter. The gummies are easy to chew and don’t have that chalky aftertaste, which makes taking them feel less like a chore. It’s hard to say if it’s the NAD+ itself or just consistency, but I’m not skipping a dose.
