I was skeptical about yet another menopause supplement, but after a month of taking these with my breakfast, I genuinely feel less foggy by mid-afternoon. The 20-ingredient blend with ashwagandha is doing something, and the strawberry flavor makes it easy to remember every day.

Three weeks in and the hot flashes aren't gone, but they're definitely less intense, and I actually feel less foggy mid-afternoon. The Ashwagandha must be doing something because my evening anxiety has leveled off, and the strawberry taste is light enough that I don't dread taking them.

The strawberry flavor masks the herbal taste completely, which makes taking these gummies feel like a treat instead of a chore. I've noticed a real difference in how steady my energy stays through the afternoon, and the ashwagandha seems to be doing its job for my mood swings.
