The 400 mcg dose per gummy gave me real peace of mind during my first trimester when I kept forgetting pills. Two a day is easy to keep up with, and they don't have that chalky texture I dreaded.
The texture is pleasantly chewy without being sticky, and I love that each gummy gives exactly 400 mcg so I don't have to think about dosing during my first trimester. It's become the easiest part of my morning routine.
Took these every morning after my positive test, and the 400 mcg dose gave me real peace of mind without any aftertaste or nausea. The gummy texture is soft and easy to chew, even when I was feeling queasy. Glad I found a supplement that actually fits into a first-trimester routine.
